Hours of Operation:

Shipping hours: 9am-5pm pacific Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.

Shipping & Handling times:

USPS standard 3-6 day shipping: Once orders are dispatched, they are expected to arrive within 3-6 days.

USPS express 2-4 day shipping: Once orders are dispatched, they are expected to arrive within 2-4 days.

Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

*Please note that due to payment processing times and dispatch times, shipping may take an additional 24-48 hours.

What countries do you ship to?

Ignite Peptides currently only ships to US domestic territories.

Order Tracking:

An automated email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch. Please check all of your inboxes, including spam. If you still cannot locate your tracking information, contact us.

Alternatively, you can navigate to “My Account > Orders“. From there, select “view your order” and your tracking information should be displayed.

How do I cancel my order?

All orders are held for one hour to allow for modification or cancellation. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will intercept an order for cancellation. To request a cancellation, send us a message.

I've entered the wrong address

Entering the correct address is the customer’s responsibility.

“Payment Pending” orders can modified by navigating to “My Account > Orders“.
“Processing” orders can request an address change here.
“Complete” orders may not have their addresses modified.
