Check your spam and promotions folders first, most missing confirmation emails are there. You can also check your order status anytime under “My Account > Orders.” If it’s still missing, email contact@ignitepeptides.com and we’ll resend it.

Does Ignite Peptides offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $150 ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders under that threshold ship via standard USPS rates calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within one hour of being placed. After that window, we cannot guarantee we can intercept or stop the shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
Yes, but only before your order ships, once it’s marked “Complete,” the address cannot be changed.
- Payment Pending: edit it yourself under “My Account > Orders”
- Processing: contact us to request the change
- Completed: cannot be modified
I never received my tracking email. What now?
Check your spam and junk folders first, most tracking emails land there. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend your tracking details directly.
My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is my package lost?
Not necessarily, couriers occasionally lose scan updates mid-transit without losing the package itself. If a domestic package shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
My package shows "delivered" but I never received it. What do I do?
Check with a neighbor or front desk first, couriers log GPS coordinates for every delivery and can confirm exactly where it was left. If it still hasn’t turned up after 7 days, contact us for next steps.
Is my package late?
More than 25% of packages run behind the estimated delivery window due to the courier, not us. Once a package leaves our facility, USPS controls delivery timing, we can’t expedite it or refund shipping for courier delays.
Can I upgrade my shipping speed after placing an order?
My order arrived damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the product and packaging, claims reported after 7 days cannot be processed. All orders are documented and photographed before shipping to verify claims quickly.

Refunds & Returns
Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable, with exceptions determined by Ignite peptides, including but not limited to: items not yet shipped. In certain circumstances, non-monetary compensation may be offered.
Returns: Due to the nature of research compounds, all compounds must be safely disposed of once they are no longer in use and cannot be returned. This makes it impossible for us to recover any value and is considered a loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to safely dispose of chemical waste in accordance with their local government regulations. Our products are delivered in three layers of protection, and we are not responsible for any damage to goods upon arrival.
Reshipments:
If there are any errors on our end, we will correct them free of charge. However, if the error is not made on our end, such as lost, stolen or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee and the $4.95 insurance fee. To prevent this, customers can choose our Advanced Shipping Insurance when prompted at checkout.
What if my claim is denied, can I appeal it?
Does Ignite Peptides ship discreetly?
Yes, all packages ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents on the outside.
What does each order status mean?
There are four order statuses: Payment Pending, Processing, Completed, and Cancelled.
- Payment Pending, your payment is being verified
- Processing, payment confirmed, order is being prepared for shipment
- Completed, order has shipped; tracking has been emailed
- Cancelled, payment could not be located; submit a photo of payment to reinstate the order
Are Ignite Peptides products third-party tested?
Yes, every batch is independently lab-tested, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on each product page. If you can’t find the COA for your specific batch, contact us with your order number.
What purity level do Ignite Peptides products test at?
How should peptides be stored, and what's their shelf life?
Can I get safety documentation (MSDS/LCSS) for a product?
Yes, an MSDS is available on request, and LCSS documents are listed on most product pages. We assume buyers are trained in laboratory hazard handling; if you are not, we recommend reviewing OSHA hazard guidance before purchasing.
My product was exposed to extreme heat or cold. Is it still usable?
Usually yes, run the bottle under warm water (50–70°C) for 5–10 minutes and shake vigorously to re-dissolve and re-suspend it. Brief cold exposure during transit or storage can cause solution products to crystallize, separate, or lose homogeneity, but this is typically reversible.
What form do Ignite Peptides products arrive in?
My peptide vial has less powder than a previous order. Is something wrong?
No, potency and integrity are unaffected by minor visual differences in the lyophilized powder. Variations in size or texture between vials are normal, especially for larger proteins that require buffering agents.
Why does my product look or feel different from a previous batch?
This is most often caused by polymorphism, a difference in crystal structure, not a difference in the underlying compound. Polymorphism can affect color, texture, or odor and is influenced by temperature, pressure, and reactants during synthesis; it’s a normal and well-documented phenomenon in chemistry.
Why does my product say "not for human consumption"?
Does Ignite Peptides sell products for veterinary or personal use?
No, all products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only, and are not labeled or approved for veterinary, clinical, or any other non-research application.
Why was my account added to the no-sell list?
